The company closed the selection process, where the technical and leadership skills of young professionals were put into practice.
Buenos Aires, August 2019. The Bunge Buenos Aires and Rosario offices hosted the final days of the Young Talents Program, thru an activity that involved both the pre-selected young candidates and the different areas of the company.
The event brought together a total of 60 participants, who carried out role-play exercises and, together with directors and managers from different parts of our country, were able to learn about the company, the activities of the areas and their specific responsibilities.
In this way, future hires got both an overview and a detailed view of Bunge. The vacancies are to fill positions in the Northeast and Northwest regions of Argentina, and in the commercial, industrial and corporate areas in the Buenos Aires, Campana, Puerto General San Martín, Ramallo, San Jerónimo Sud, Tancacha and Terminal Bahía Blanca facilities.
“About 1,500 young people from different parts of the country enrolled in the program, which is highly rewarding given the wide attendance and professional quality of the young applicants”, said Mariana Tarigo, Talent Management Manager for South America, and added: “The shortlisted candidates had the opportunity to get to know our leaders and their challenges, and see for themselves the company's participation in the entire agribusiness chain”.
The Bunge Young Talents Program is focused on developing hands-on professionals, by providing them with total immersion in the company's business and the possibility of building projects that can be implemented in the company.
