:: Thus, in its current constitution it combines industrial assets and human resources from other business groups such as: Guipeba S.A., a striving national company created in the 60´s, La Plata Cereal Co., originally owned by the Swiss Group André, which started its operations in the early 20´s and was acquired by Bunge Argentina in 2001.
