Description: It has one berth for the reception, grain and by-products dispatch, and another berth for the unloading of barges or ships with fertilizers and grains. It has a grain storage capacity of 250.000 tons and a storage capacity for fertilizers of 60.000 tons.
The port terminal will have two berths to dock large vessels that will operate both with reception of seeds, meals, oils and fertilizers as well as the reception and dispatch of barges. Al the intermediate logistics will be carried out by truck or train.
To fulfil all the reception operations, the Complex will have several dumping platforms which will be completed with a parking zone and seed quality control area with a capacity to handle over 2000 trucks. This Complex will be one of the most dynamic and competitive complexes in the world due to these facilities as well as the railroad diversion with connections to national networks with simultaneous unloading systems. |
